Answering Service

Fees are based on $20.00 per hour and my service being available 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. six days per week.

Answering Service outside these hours by special request.

Sunday Answering Service by special request only.

Minimum charge is 15 minutes per day ($5.00/day)

$480.00 per month

Additional charges are applicable, depending on call volume, at a rate of $20.00 per hour.

Long Distance charges and Office Supply costs are additional.

Fee Includes:
* Checking your Answering Machine for messages or

* Having your calls “Call Forwarded” directly to my office, or

* Responding to your Telephone Messages (charges will apply to
long-distance telephone calls)

* Taking bookings and appointments for your business

* Checking your e-mail account for messages, or

* Have your e-mails sent directly to my office e-mail account

* Responding to your e-mail messages

* Checking your Regular Mail (if local) or you may have your mail forwarded

to my mailing address

* Responding to your Regular Mail (charges will apply for supplies and

postage as needed)
