A 2 hour tour
will give you a sense of what it really feels like to be in
a boat on the ocean while sightseeing for wildlife and natural
beauty.
A 3-5 hour tour
will provide you the opportunity to see Whales other
wildlife and the surrounding area.
You will need to plan
for an 8 hour tour if you want to go see the grizzly
bear. Although there are no grizzly bear on Vancouver Island,
a 2 hour boat ride will get you to the British Columbia mainland
coastline and inlets where the bear are numerous.
Now if you really
like to relax and enjoy nature let me suggest a multiple
day cruise. You can "rough it" by camping on the land
and kayaking or move it up a notch and stay in a cabin or
go all the way and cruise to various locations on a Sailboat
or Cruiseboat and sleep in your own stateroom.
